You can install either a BN2 transmission or a BN4 thru the MK1 side =
shift transmission, If you install a 6 cylinder transmission you will =
need to shorten the input shaft otherwise it will bottom out in the =
crankshaft.=20
Either way you will need to get a BN2 bell housing unless you want to =
modify the mechanical clutch and convert it to a hydraulic clutch.
