I'm getting back to finishing the 100M.  I can't remember the order of the
steering wheel nut and the turn signal cancel "paw".  Does the paw go under
the nut or above the nut? And is it at the bottom or the top?  This is a
non adjustable column.  I am hoping to have it ready for the Pocono event.
