        XXO is for inline six and eight cylinder engines and flathead V8 
engines other than Ford-Merc, built before 1959 with specialty overhead valve 
heads under 325 inches or stock heads unblown from 325 to 375 cid.            
                                        Examples are 270-302 GMC with Wayne 
head. Or a Buick straight eight bored 1/8 over to 344 cid. Or Cad or Lincoln 
flathead V8.                                                    I have run in 
XX0 a lot and its a really fun class.                                         
        On the other hand any and all early hemis belong on the salt.
