According to  www.autorevista.com/articles/ar/vette.htm, the
coefficient of drag (CD) on a 97 vette is 0.29.  It would seem that you
could use that as a general reference point to work backwards from the
data you get by using the calculations you have already outlined.  I'm
certainly not an engineer, but I just thought it might help.
