Mayf, Try Techline Coating's. They sell there stuff for the DIY.I read 
somewhere that they use  waterbase powder's.You will still have to bake them 
on.For that buy a old electric oven they can be had for under a $100.00. 
Please don't use your  wife's in the house unless you like sleeping with the 
race car or the dog.
