larry, is there an advantage of using a 307 block over a 283 block, such as main bearing sizing/ configuration, cyl wall thickness etc.? seems like a +.060 283 block, 283 crank would be a good simple choice, and i would guess the 283, if either, has a thicker cyl wall ? regards doug @ black radon |
