Now you've got me going Dick. Ford heads have small ports huh !  I owned a
69 Ford 'Boss' 302, it had inlets of 2.225" and exhausts of 1.71" stock.
The dammed ports were that big that for TransAm racing back then they had
to weld the ports up to bring the torque max lower in the rpm's to get out
of the corners better.
