We went through some rule changing threads early
last year.  Seems like Dan Warner was the man to
get things done.  I don't know if that's his real
job, or if he just ended up carrying the ball,
but he posted some good info.  We, the people,
always have a voice, and it is louder than each
of us think it is. This holds true in national
government, PTAs, Racing Associations, and any
other group that we belong to.
