The subject of engine turning peaked my curiosity so I looked around to find
more info. Seems that it is used in decorative metal working quite a bit,
on clock faces, etc. and can be quite an art form. I found two turning kits
at the Eastwood Company (www.eastwoodco.com) Do a search at their site
using the key word turning and it takes you to their catalog where 1/2" and
1" turning kits are listed.
I always thought engine turned aluminum looked cool.
