Indy/F1 cars at Bonneville

Just curious. Have Indy- or F1-style bodies ever been used in LSR? If not,
is there a reason (i.e., an aerodynamic reason) why not? Some of the
lakesters do seem to resemble older-style (i.e. circa 1960s) Indy cars.
