Hi Phil, my Isky Ratio Computer says with 27" wheels and 2.75 gear you
would have just under 4300 rpm at 125 mph with no slips and if you
tached 4900 rpm you would be at just under 145 mph. You would have
'some' tire slip and tire growth to factor in, but it looks like your
torque converter was slipping some, which is inevitable. Bill
