Exhaust/Engine Brakes

List,
I have a Dodge V-10 pickup and would like to know if there is an engine
brake or exhaust brake made for a gasoline engine. If anybody knows of one,
please let me know. The V-10 goes like gangbusters but doesn't do very well
on downhill grades......OK Mayf.....so I had a pretty heavy load on it for
the first trip.......4 wheel discs do pretty well though.
