Hi Tom I think minimums were invented not for fairness, but because with all
the functions trinkets,and all the other things that create the infrastructure
of a "club," it became overwhelming. To many members are a problem! Same way
with the "chapter" which glorifies the 2 club more than the individual! I say
cutback the functions and trinkets, and get back to, set a record over 200!
