Thanks for the additional info Wes.

Mark Lingua must have a good handle on horsepower and vehicle aerodynamics
and weight.  Was the Lingua car unpainted?  I have a photo from a UK
magazine but it does not refer to such a small cubic capacity.  Speeds
sound right - FIA as Louise stated give 222.62 (kilo) and 223.058 (mile).
