rules changes

I believe the drop dead date for submitting requests were at the end of
October. The rules committee met in early November and submitted to the
SCTA/BNI board meeting in November. Yours was not in the rules change
requests. Dan Correct me if I am wrong.

That is correct Glen. This subject was not on the agenda for 2004. A
committee, headed by Lee Kennedy, was formed at the rules meeting to look into
the subject for the 2005 rulebook.
