m/c rules again.

the SCTA website has the changes listed for the cars, where are the bike 
changes? if the rules are being proofed for printing, somebody has the 
complete list, please let us know what the changes are for m/c classes, m/c 
safety....messages have been left with Wink,  talked to scta secretary, and 
she says she does not know who installed the car rule changes  on website.....
