  For wheels, try Stockton Wheel in Stockton, Calif.  They will make any size 
and setback combination you want.  They have a wheel that they call a 
Bonneville wheel with a nice flat, solid center that is heavier gauge than any 
wheel I've ever seen, and it's welded all the way around to meet the rules.  
Their prices are even good.
