Basically they thought Bob was being a bit to aggressive after the car spun 
just off the starting line.... or acting out in anger...  it was 
questionable, however all agreed it would be best if Bob took a Day off and 
simply chilled out whilst the crew sorted out the issues that were causing 
the car to have issues....   No big deal...

Keith ( if that wasn't the most politically correct thing I've ever wrote... 
it's fairly close to the top )
