TD Gearbox

I am getting ready to assemble my gearbox and have a couple of questions.

1. How tight do I make the nut (item #71 Moss catalog) on the first motion
shaft?

2. How do I remove the pin from clutch lever and fork (item #51 Moss catalog)?

3. I have an early model TD without the key for the speedometer gear. How
prevents this gear from spinning on the shaft?
