Friends, 

      Doris Goguen has been very pleased and thankful for the many cards, 
letters and flowers sent since Jerry's passing a week ago.  In response to 
requests for remembrances to charitable organizations,  She has asked that I 
pass along details on one of Jerry's favorite charities.  This foundation is 
a non-profit organization that promotes music education and training of
