Good question.  The TB/TC/early TD cam definitely has longer duration than
the late TD/TF cam.  It's the late cam that has the noticeably pointier
lobes.  I suspect Jarl wrote "later" when he meant "early". because the
rest of what he said is correct.  You can't regrind a late cam to the
early specs.
