TF Front fender Tie bars

Hello folks..can someone help with the TF front fender "tie bars" I am
restoring a 54 TF and my car was missing these and I am hoping someone
can tell me where they attached to at each end, what they look like, if
anyone has extras  and/or if I can make them as Moss wants 139.95 ea?
