Tire Pressure?

O.k., I know this has been asked before because it's in the FAQ, but
unfortunately it isn't specific.
 I'm running radials with tubes on my TD, and I'm wondering what PSI I
should use in them. The FAQ says 24lbs with tubeless radials, and the
original spec was 18lbs with tubed bias ply.
 Anyone?
