Flywheel bolts

I have gotten a bit more entheusiastic on my V8 project lately I am bound and
determined to get it finished ASAP.  As a result you may find I am asking
several questions of this list.  So here goes the first of what is likely to be
many.

Is it necessary to "fasten" the flywheel bolts to the flywheel?  Should I use
bend over tabs, Loctite, or ... what ever?
