In northern Calif a lot of the british cars run tubeless with no problem, British Wire Wheel in Santa Cruz, the area wires specialists, does this all the time, as I recall seeing it, the put a healthy amount of a clear silicone (like 3/8" thick) over the entire spoke nipple area. BTW They do a big mail order business in straightening(truing), painting and so on. |
