To All:

I want to thank all of you for the many suggestions
about my Fuel Pump problem. As it turned out the
problem was the diaghragm was to tight as all I did
was to loosen it off the case and retighten everything
down.

The pump worked wonderfully all day Sat in top down
weather here in Houston.

I still have a problem with the car in reverse, as it feels
like the brakes are on, the car shakes and clunks, so
overall it makes a lot of noise.

I have also developed a leak at the carb bowl, that will need
to be fixed. This is an easy fix, the reverse problem is not.

Other than that all is well for now, and I wanted to say
Thanks for the help.
