RE: OE Luggage rack for sale?

I think what I'm looking for is the OE luggage rack from '79 '80 MGB's.

Here's a couple questions:

1)  Was this particular rack just a LE option (for '79 and '80)?

2)  What rack was OE for '72 MGB's?  Was there a rack available this 
year?
