A quick point of clarification here.  The length of the long tonneau cover
is only a little greater than the short tonneau cover.  The short one
fastens to pegs screwed into the rear cockpit rail and the long one fastens
to pegs about 1-1/2" farther back on the steel tonneau.

I recall the original question being about a tonneau cover that was long
enough the fasten to the same hooks and studs as the convertible top
mounting.  This one would be about 11 inches longer yet than the "long"
tonneau cover, and uses a steel rail across the back similar to the
convertible top mounting.
