 Your floats may be out of adjustment.  If the gasoline level in the
float chamber is too high, the level of gas in the jet will also be
too high, leading to excessive richness.  Pop the top off of your float
chambers and check your float adjustment.  Also shake the float to see
if it is leaking.
Also, if your jet needles are worn, especially unevenly, it could cause
running rich.  Remove the dashpot cover and withdraw the piston and needle
and take a close look at it.  If there is any sign of wear or rubbing,
you may need to replace them and the jets.
