Hey, I resemble that remark!!

I've had Sport Utes, since before Sport Utes became popular as passenger
vehicles (they were still called "trucks" in those days). I've always
insisted on, and used (for several months a year - after all, I live in
Buffalo), 4 wheel drive vehicles. The last one ('85 S-10 Blazer) went
140,000 miles, at least half of them in 4-wheel drive, before I sold it.
I, personally, feel that they should be required by all drivers on the
road in the winter (and I mean -winter-... like we get up here!)).

The bottom line is, not everyone who has one has it for status. Some of
us have it for safety.

(3 ft of snow in one day a couple years ago and I made it to work,
thanks to my Sport Ute)

Don't assume that because you have found one problem, you have found the
ONLY problem.
