TCSA is the Transmission Control Spark Advance switch.  It's a switch that
only lets the vacuum advance work when you're in fourth (I think).  If
you've got the Bentley manual for the 75-80 MGB, look at figure T.1 on page
T.2 (282).  The TCSA switch is just above the number "25", attached to the
corner of the master cylinder box.  It might have only been used from 1977
on, so don't be too worried if you don't see it on your 1976.
