Edwin,

Very easy.  The bezel twists off to let you remove the glass.  You may have
to gently pry the bezel (slightly) away from the speedo body to loosen it
up, but use care.  Once loose, it will twist until the slots on the bezel
line up with the tabs on the speedo body.
