Transmission noise

Another question: I replaced the oil in my transmission (drained the Amsoil
synthetic 20W50, replaced with Castrol GTX 20W50) a couple of weeks ago, and
I started noticing a new clunking when I shift.  It happens when I first
start the car, and goes away after a few minutes.  The fluid level should be
OK.  Any ideas?
