Better than Moss Motors? Not even close. I will never order from VB again.
They burned me really bad on a bumper for my 71BGT - they sent me a B one
instead of the BGT. Then they made me pay freight to return it, sent me two
of the correct bumpers by mistake. And then they stuck me on the freight
for them (they were all sent truck freight collect). So in the end I paid
$250 for the bumper and then 4 freights at $50 each (grand total $450).
They finally let me send the extra bumper back at their cost.

Since then, I've kept my orders with Moss, Roadster Factory, Proper MG, and
recently with the Moss distributers (Ed Kaler and Jeff Zorn - both on the
list).

One mini-disclaimer - this incident did occur about eight years ago so
things may have changed since then. But I noticed then, and even now, that
there is nothing in their catalogs about "satisfaction guaranteed" or any
other references indicating that they may stand behind their service.
