James:

Give me a Break! If it were that easy, we here would be rolling in
ill gotten gains, and I would have the money to put my MGB back together and
on the road. As it is I'm commuting eighty miles a day in a 95 Dodge truck,
and my MG sits while I figure out how to pay off the machine work.

Repeat this mantra. There is no conspiracy. The people supplying
parts for your hobby are not extracting huge profits, and are mostly
hobbyists themselves. This is a niche market. Niche, means limited
customer base. High overheads and very low inventory turns.

My apologies to the group, this was no doubt stated in jest. You
can tell I just got the monthly credit card bills can't you.

Kelvin.
