I'm not sure about the B suffix on your dizzy number
but the 41599 was used on 75-76 MGB 18V engines as well

Hey all. Before I eBay this thing.
I have a dizzy for a '75 Marina. Part number is 41599B - Model 45D4. It
was seized when I bought it. A little WD40 and then some Mobil Synthetic
Lubricant produced a nice dizzy with no wobble. The vacuum unit is bad, but
Peter C has a nice rubber spray he thinks will restore it to it's proper
functional self. Needs points and condenser.
If anyone out there has an interest, I'd consider a trade for a 25D.
