Hmmmm...I wonder what kind of car? In my son's '79 Dodge Power Wagon, you
can lay on the ground and reach up to unhook the latch.
I would suggest that you add your car info to your .sig file so you don't
have to remember to put it in every post. Knowing what year and model car
you have is important to getting help.
