Depends on the distributor type and serial number which depends on the
engine number.

Typically on the 79 7 degrees static and 10 degrees at 1500 rpm dynamic for
18V 883/884 (distributor 41693) and 18V 890/891 (distributor 41695), or same
static and 13 degrees at 1500 rpm for 18V 892/893 (distributor 41692).

On the 70 10 degrees static and 14 degrees at 600 rpm dynamic for 18GH/GJ
(distributor 40897 or 41155).

The above from Haynes, but the Workshop Manual has 10 degrees static and 20
degrees dynamic at 1000 rpm for 18GH/GJ (distributor 40897 or 41155).
