TD heater questions

        My mechanic has just found a heater unit for a TD. I found three types 
listed in Claushager's as options for the TF but none for the TD. He said 
he has more than one and I was wondering if someone out there with some 
knowledge could ID the unit for me.

Pic 1 has an area painted red that looks like it had a label there before.
