So was any consensus reached on a caravan? I'm in Leesburg and will probably
be taking 15 all the way up - nice little drive. Probably be in my Dodge
Dakota though rather than the Midget. The better to haul parts. Also I
discovered last weekend that the clutch release fork has gobs of play -
wonder if that might explain my problems with the clutch not quite fully
releasing at times? ;-) So I don't want to stray too far from home in it
until that's fixed.
Anyway I'm going to be on the lookout for one of those - if anybody has one
(for a ribcase) and would like to bring it to Carlisle, let me know. I know
they can be bushed, but the one that's in it has had the slave cylinder end
poorly welded and redrilled, and I'd like to have one ready to go in and not
have to worry about futzing around with the old one.
At any rate, I'm planning to meet everyone around the Sprites at 12, right?
Be nice to put some faces with names! I'll have my list shirt on, and will
try to get one of those badges made. If anyone needs parts hauled to the
northern VA area let me know and I can try to help.
