I have a MGA 1500 with an 1800 5-main engine and all syncro. transmission.
Because of the transmission swap the trans. tunnel has been modified to
accommodate the shift lever. My question is this: do the Moss or VB
carpet set come pre-cut for the shift lever or is this left to the
installer to cut? Also I would like to install a heat shield pad around
the trans. tunnel before putting down the carpet. Does the fit of these
carpet sets allow for that? If anyone has experience with this I would
appreciate your comments.
