Max, aren't you forgetting a company that did just that? Lamborghini built
an SUV (kind of looked like a more muscular Humvee) with a Diablo spec V12
in it. This was late 80s, early 90s? Tina Turner even has one.
Funny thing is that the V10 in the Viper originated from the Ram V10 truck
engine to begin with, so it wouldn't be that unconceivable to think of it
being fitted to some upscale Cherokee.
Wonder if Bill Spohn is making space for an Lambo SUV one day... ;-)
