Ed,
This is called humour. Something like "never mind the quality feel the
width". Such manipulation of English is probably most understood by those
educated in Britain. Thus the Goon Show, Monty Python, and such. As to my
manual, it lays with a friend who cannot find it at present and retirement
forces me to be frugal thus purchase of a new one is delayed. That's
manual not friend.
