Quite simple really... The ZS uses a whacked restrictive intake/exhaust
manifold (1 piece).
The stock setup for twin SU carbs includes a nice intake that goes
almost directly into the intake ports, as well as a separate exhaust
manifold (2 pieces).
Technically, you don't _need_ the exhaust manifold that comes with the
kit (you could buy a header instead), but the stock manifold is very
nice (and doesn't leak quite as readily as headers).
