This message was posted on the vintage race list. It sounded so good I
thought I'd pass it on to this list.

I have no involvement in this car, don't reply to me.

I am the Executive Director of the National Automotive and Truck Museum
in Auburn, IN. I had lunch yesterday with the Ex Dir of the Auburn,
Cord Dusenberg Museum, next door to mine, and after lunch we went for a
ride in a car that was donated to the A.C.D Museum several years ago,
and is not for sale.

It is a 1979 MG-B with 60 some thousand original miles and in absolutely
wonderful condition. It is light maroon or dark red color, with a tan
vinyl interior and tan top. 4 Speed no overdrive. Absolutely no rust
anywhere, upholstery in very nice condition, the top is very good and it
drives out first class with good oil pressure and no gear noise.

The museum wants $4,500 absolutely firm for the car, which is below NADA
average retail. The car is way above average in condition.

Anyone interest contact Mat Short at A.C.D. Museum at 260-925-1444.

This is too nice a car to go to the great unwashed masses.
