MGB wheel conversion question

Hi Listers: I want to convert my early '74 Rostyle wheeled MGB to wires. I 
found a set of used hubs from a donor car. Do I need to swap the axles due to 
the width difference of wheels, or just swap the hubs?
The donor car can "give" me hubs alone, or hubs with axles.

Can someone answer this for me?
