I recently sold my old 1989 Jeep Cherokee with which I towed LBCs on my
tow dolly on those rare occasions when they broke down. I replaced my
Cherokee with a newer 1997 Grand Cherokee with a V8. Has anyone on here
installed a hitch on this or a similar vehicle? I have been told that it
is a simple bolt on operation but cannot confirm this. The last hitch I
had installed on my old now departed Jeep had to be welded to the frame
to be secure. Can anyone recommend a good hitch company and educate me
as to the simple bolt on installation process? Thanks.
