I have a stupid question for the list. I have a 79 midget. In July of this
year I had the engine rebuilt. Pistons, Rods, etc. The Cylinders were bored
out to 0.40. I have not had any trouble other than it has been a little hard
to start. Today I started it and it is now smoking pretty bad. I am a
beginner and don't know much about cars. It is a white smoke not a blueish
smoke. What are some ideas that could be causing this. Thanks for your
opinions
