'75 B clutch

I recently bought a '75 MGB.  Had one when i was a kid, now hitting my
mid-life crisis!  I've been driving it around a bit, and occassionally the
clutch doesn't work hardly at all.  Most times it's fine.  It's supposed to be
new.  Any ideas?  Bleeding????  Thanks in advance
