Info on Spark Plug gap

To the list,
What would be the optimum gap for the spark plugs in engine of my stock  1978 
MGB ?  I only drive it on sunny, warm days. So it's not  exactly what you 
would call a daily driver. Does anybody know of a website  where the various 
specifications can be found?
